Terms & Conditions:
- The winner of this draw will receive an all expenses paid (up to and no more) 7 nights accomodation within an overwater bungalow located at the Maldives (for up to 2 persons). Location and resort is subject to availability and cannot be chosen by the package prize winner. R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD is to organise and secure accomodation prior to the winning persons departure date.
- R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD have 12 months to secure accomodation from the date the package prize winner is announced.
- Flights are not included in this prize and must be arranged by the package prize winner. Flights are also to be arranged by the package prize winner after accomodation has been confirmed by R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD.
- R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD does not own or have any partnership with any flight agents, providers or airline services, and are not liable to any unexpected changes or cancellations by the pre-arranged service.
- R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD does not own or have any partnership with the accommodating services (resort, villa) and are not liable to any unexpected changes or cancellations by the resort.
- This prize cannot be used before the package prize winners booking event date (original booking made by the winner). The prize is valid from either after the date of the event or after the date of the draw, whichever arrives later. The winner then has 24 months after this date to claim the prize.
- R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD will liaise with the package prize winner and provide dates throughout the year in which accomodation is available. The package prize winner can then choose suitable suggested dates where R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD will secure the accomodation.
- If the package prize winner or person travelling with the package prize winner becomes unwell, or either party are unable to travel to the location chosen by R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD for any reason after the booking has been confirmed and secured, the prize will be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled or claimed at a later stage. The prize will be canceled and forfeited to R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD.
- R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD does not provide travel insurance or have any partnership or arrangement with any travel insurance agency. Travel insurance is to be organised by the package prize winner at their own expense.
- R&L Magical Moments PTY LTD does not organise any transfer or travel from the airport to the resort upon arrival, or from the resort to the airport prior to departure. This is to be organised by the package prize winner at their own expense.
